DICA Supply Chain Unaffected by COVID-19
To our valued customers,
COVID-19 is having a dramatic impact on our lives and everyday routines. Below is a brief note to let you know what DICA is doing to help slow the spread of the Coronavirus and how we are functioning as a business.
First and foremost, we are focused on the health and well-being of our employees and customers. We are committed to following ongoing guidance from the CDC and the White House. Half of our employees are working from home. Our facility is closed to the public and customer pick-ups or plant visits are not allowed.
Meanwhile, we are open for business, and our team remains focused on serving our customer’s needs.
- Our manufacturing, warehouse, and shipping operation is open and running on schedule.
- Our materials and parts are 100% USA sourced. We have ongoing communication with our suppliers and are not experiencing any supply chain issues.
