Carolyn co-founded the company with Dick in 1988. She continues to advise on strategic decisions for the company.

Kris Koberg
Kris joined the company in 2011. As CEO he oversees strategic vision, product line development and technical sizing methodology.
Kevin Koberg
Kevin joined the team in 2009. He focuses on our ground protection product lines and dealer relations.
Kerry Koberg
Kerry joined the company in 2004. He leads global new business development and strategic account management.
Kelly Koberg
Kelly joined the company in 2018. She leads the inside sales team, sets and tracks sales targets and implements improvements to the sales administration process.
Dave Beck
Dave joined the company in 2016. As a fitting consultant he assists customers in sizing DICA Outrigger Pads, Crane Pads and Cribbing products.
Dwight Haworth
Dwight joined the company in 2011. He specializes in technical drawing development and strategic project execution.
Kim Murrow
Kim joined the company in 2007. As controller, her responsibilities include credit analysis, reporting and administrative activities.
Josh Ostergaard
Josh joined the company in 2021. As Operations Manager he oversees operations, shipping and receiving.
