Are other plastic outrigger pads just like DICA’s?
No, they are definitely not the same. DICA has developed a proprietary formula and specifications that maximize our product consistency, strength, performance, and rigidity.
How do your outrigger pads compare to wood outrigger pads?
Wood is a natural material with a very high absorption rate. Due to absorption, wood fibers will splinter crack and break and have large variations of strength, stiffness, and reliability under pressure. All of which leads to unsafe conditions. In comparison, Safety Tech Outrigger Pads constructed of DICA’s proprietary engineered thermoplastic are virtually impervious to absorption and are guaranteed against splintering, cracking and breaking because of their reliable molecular, strength and stiffness properties. Do Safety Tech Outrigger Pads have a warranty?

Can our company name be added to your outrigger pads?
Yes, we can engrave a company name or logo on the surface of all Safety Tech Outrigger Pads. ID stamping is also available on all square or rectangular pads.
Do you offer custom outrigger pad sizes, shapes, and thicknesses?
Yes, in addition to our 30+ standard models we regularly work with customers to design outrigger pad products specific to their needs.
Are your outrigger pads for bucket trucks resistant to water and chemicals?
Yes, they are impervious to water and resistant to chemicals commonly found on construction sites, parking areas and roads. Please contact us if you are concerned about a particular chemical.
Do you offer mud sill pads or scaffolding pads?
Yes, we manufacture mud sill pads – also known as scaffolding pads which are specifically designed to create consistent stability in these demanding conditions. DICA SafetyTech Outrigger Pads are engineered to support concentrated loads, high pressures, and extended setup durations that are common to scaffolding applications.
Do your outrigger pads conduct electricity or create static electricity?
