STANDARD SETUP
Standard ProStack Slot Lock Cribbing Blocks with interlocking flanges on both the top and bottom.
STEP 1
Position the base pad, ensuring the pad is level, stable and in full contact with the ground.
STEP 2
Positon the first layer of cribbing blocks onto the base pad so that they lock into place.
STEP 3
Cross-stack additional layers of Slot Lock Cribbing Blocks to achieve your desired height.
FLAT BOTTOM SETUP
Flat Bottom ProStack Slot Lock Cribbing Blocks with an interlocking flange on one side.
STEP 1
FLAT BOTTOM blocks are to be used as a base layer with the flat bottom FACING DOWN, they can also be used as a top layer with the flat bottom facing up. All blocks in a stack must be oriented so that the large flat “working surfaces” are in FULL CONTACT with the layer above and below.
STEP 2
Positon the second layer of cribbing blocks onto the first layer so that they lock into place.
STEP 3
You can add an optional Neoprene grip pad to increase friction between ProStack® Cribbing Blocks and outriggers to help prevent sliding.

Yes, the outrigger pad is fully capable of being used without the cribbing blocks.

How does the durability of your interlocking plastic cribbing blocks compare to wood?
ProStack Plastic Cribbing Blocks are constructed of post-consumer and post-industrial recycled materials and additives that are virtually impervious to absorption, and are guaranteed against splintering, cracking and breaking. The predictable molecular nature of ProStack material provides excellent strength, stiffness and reliability under pressure. Wood on the other hand is a natural material that begins to decay easily. As such, it’s continually subject to moisture, insects and dry rot which results in large variations of strength, stiffness, and reliability under pressure.
Do the Slot Lock Cribbing blocks interlock with the pad?
Yes, SafetyTech Slot Lock base outrigger pads have slots manufactured into the surface that allow the ProStack Slot Lock Blocks to lock into place.
Are Slot Lock Cribbing blocks resistant to water and chemicals?
Yes, they are impervious to water and resistant to chemicals commonly found on construction sites, parking areas and roads. Please contact us with any specific use or environment concerns.
Is ProStack Cribbing fire resistant?
Slot Lock Cribbing blocks are flammable, but not combustible. Avoid using near open flames.
