Constructech announces two awards for operators of construction equipment, honoring the most successful men and women working in construction and mining.
Winners will be chosen based on the individual’s machine ability, mechanical aptitude, and how the individual embraces technology.
Equipment opertor winners will be chosen by Construtech based on the individual’s machine ability, mechanical aptitude, and how the individual embraces technology.
Judges also look at how many hours the individual worked without a recordable incident, mentorship skills, and the challenges the individual has overcome to be where they are today.
