Alternate Pads
Wood outrigger pads, aluminum outrigger pads, fiberglass outrigger pads and nylon outrigger pads, we understand their use However, what may appear to be the best value, design or performing material may not be the case.
Wood outrigger pads are typically heavy, absorb water, wear out quickly and are prone to failure. As a result, they tend to be temporary solutions that either need to be replaced regularly or permanently by a different type of pad.
Aluminum outrigger pads can be heavy, mark paved surfaces, troublesome to work with if bent and have are attractive to theft due to their scrap metal value.
Nylon outrigger pads and fiberglass outrigger pads are interesting but when compared to the strength to weight ratio of engineered thermoplastic outrigger pads, the value of nylon and fiberglass outrigger pads decreases significantly.
Compare them with our Safety Tech line of engineered thermoplastic outrigger pads that comes standard with Industrial Grade Safety Texturing, Radius Edge and Corner Design, Memory Recovery, the TuffGrip Handel System and the DICA Lifetime Guarantee and you’ll be thrilled with the value to your people and business.
