We have had super success with the DICA Outrigger Pads so far. The Mobile Crane Operators and “Rigging” Assist Personnel are glad to use a pad that weighs one tenth of what we have used in the past. Plus we no longer have to search the plant site for the Outrigger Pads since they can store the equipment upon the Mobile Cranes. I would say the Pads have been a solid investment Safety Wise allowing Mobile Crane Personnel to handle the pads with minimal physical strain.

I have had the pleasure of using our newly purchased DICA crane outrigger pads here at the St Louis City water department several times now. I can’t tell you enough how satisfied I am and how its made my life so much easier during crane setup. I will most certainly consider DICA for future solutions regarding crane pads and any other products they offer. I am the Construction Equipment operator using the newly purchased pads and the quality and durability speaks for itself. Excellent product.

“I’ve seen the pads deflected 30-40 degrees and I couldn’t believe that the outrigger pad was ever gonna come back flat. They do have a memory. They will, if you bend them, if you leave them for a period of time, they will come back, maybe not 100%, but so close that it won’t make any difference and they’ll still fit into the racks.”

Our team is fully confident in DICA Outrigger Pads. We have lots at stake with enormous foot pressure and trust the pads with our machine (Concrete Pumper).

We have no complaints about the pads and they have exceeded our expectations. They are very durable and reliable when supporting extreme weights. We tried a similar mat that was cheaper and found out the hard way that it was a mistake. They were not near as durable as the DICA outrigger pads and show severe signs of wear after very little use. After a year of use, the DICA pads are still in full service with no problems.

We trust these outrigger pads to support well over 200,000 lbs of weight distributed throughout the four outriggers of the crane. The only replacement we have made to these padss are the rope handles. We put to service several different models of DICA pads including the DR482, DR362, DUN23552. We are overall satisfied with DICA.

Hultgren Tree Prefers The DICA Difference!

My name is Jahn Hultgren, and I have been in the Tree Care Industry for 25 years, since 1986. I would like to recommend DICA outrigger pads as the premium pads in the industry. I have tried competitor pads, and the DICA pads are lighter in weight, easier to use, and are basically indestructible compared to competitor pads. My oldest DICA pads have outperformed the newest competitor pads hands down.

As you can see from the picture, competitor pads cam shatter and break under repeated stress. I have never lost a DICA pad to breakage no matter the stress or abuse. In my opinion, if you want to spend your money wisely, buy a DICA pad if you want a product that will last as long as you are in business.

I support DICA products because they are basically indestructible, and because they are a family business that stands behind their work. When considering an outrigger pad for your Company, do yourself a favor, buy from DICA.
